The Aligning Resources for Collective ImpACT (ARCI) initiative is a bold, community-driven effort to ensure every child and family in Guilford County has the support they need to thrive. ARCI brings together organizations, educators, business leaders, and residents to collaborate on shared solutions, align resources, and amplify the voices of those most impacted. Through quarterly convenings and ongoing partnerships, this initiative creates space for listening, learning, and action—turning collective energy into lasting systemic change. By working together, we can expand educational opportunities, strengthen families, and build a more equitable future for our community.
