Closing Learning Gaps, One Student at a Time
In partnership with Guilford County Schools, shift_ed brings high-impact tutoring to 27 schools, focusing on literacy for 2nd–5th grade students and math for grades 6–8. This proven approach gives students consistent, personalized support—three times a week for at least nine weeks—to boost engagement, strengthen comprehension, and accelerate learning. Since launching in fall 2024, students in the program continue to show significant gains in reading and math, proving that when schools and the community work together, we can remove barriers and help every student succeed.
